Concept layout

A concept layout translates your brief into a scaled plan with material zones, major planting groups, and circulation paths. We deliver PDF drawings and a written narrative explaining each decision so contractors and family members share one reference.

Pricing starts at €2,400 for sites up to 120 m² and rises incrementally for larger or multi-level gardens. Sloped terrain requiring retaining studies is scoped separately after survey.

Detailed planting plans

Planting plans specify genus, cultivar, quantity, spacing, and supplier for every position in the scheme. Schedules integrate bloom sequence charts so colour peaks align with how you use the garden across months.

Documentation from €1,650 covers up to 40 distinct plant taxa. Additional species are billed at €28 each, including substitution notes for nursery availability fluctuations.

Lighting & furniture coordination

Outdoor lighting and furniture are spatial elements, not afterthoughts. We propose fixture locations, cable routes, and seating groupings that respect planting maturity heights at five and ten years.

Coordination packages begin at €890 and include a vendor shortlist with indicative pricing from Graz suppliers. We do not sell fixtures directly, which keeps recommendations independent.

Commercial styling

Hotel courtyards, restaurant terraces, and office plazas receive the same editorial rigour as private gardens, with added emphasis on durability and evening legibility. Maintenance budgets are discussed early to avoid schemes that staff cannot sustain.

Base commercial design fees start at €4,800 for entrance zones under 200 m². Phased rollouts across multiple courtyards receive consolidated documentation discounts of ten percent.

Site survey & consultation

Initial consultations on site last ninety minutes and cost €180, credited toward a full commission if you proceed within sixty days. Surveys include photos, soil notes, and a sun-shade sketch captured on the day.

Remote advisory for existing gardens—reviewing photos and prior plans—is available at €120 per hour with a one-hour minimum. Written summaries follow within five business days.
