When you email or call, we store your name, contact details, property address, and project notes necessary to prepare proposals. Site visit photos may include glimpses of your home; we crop identifiable interior views unless you request full documentation.

This static website does not embed analytics, advertising trackers, or social widgets. Server logs maintained by our hosting provider may record IP addresses and browser type for security purposes lasting thirty days.

How we use information

Contact data supports quotations, scheduling, invoicing, and project delivery only. We do not sell lists to third parties or use your garden details for unrelated marketing without explicit written consent.

Contractors receive drawings and site access information strictly needed for installation. They must delete our files after project completion unless retained for warranty work under separate agreements with you.

Retention & security

Project archives including correspondence are kept seven years to satisfy Austrian tax and liability norms, then shredded or securely deleted. Payment records follow the same retention window.

Digital files rest on encrypted drives in our Graz office with role-based access limited to assigned stylists. Email transmission uses TLS; sensitive cadastral documents may be shared via password-protected links on request.

Your rights
