Swirlremeg uses minimal storage on your device. This page explains what we set and how to control it.

What we store

Clicking "Accept" on our banner writes one localStorage entry keyed swirlremeg_ls_consent with value "1". This remembers that you dismissed the notice so it does not reappear on every page load.

We do not set advertising cookies, analytics identifiers, or third-party tracking pixels anywhere on swirlremeg.hair.

Why localStorage

localStorage keeps the consent flag on your browser without transmitting data to our servers. The information stays on your device until you clear site data manually.

Because we operate a static site without user accounts, this is the only client-side storage we employ for normal browsing.

Managing preferences

You may delete the consent flag anytime through browser settings under site data or localStorage for swirlremeg.hair. The banner will show again on next visit until you accept or ignore it.

Blocking all site storage may prevent the banner from remembering dismissal but will not affect reading our public pages.

Third-party fonts

Pages load typography from Google Fonts, which may log requests according to Google's policies. If you prefer avoiding that request, browser extensions can block remote fonts while substituting system typefaces.

We chose hosted fonts for visual consistency; no font request includes analytics parameters from our side.
