Planting plan documentation
Taxonomy & spacing logic
Each planting position on our plans carries a unique reference linked to a schedule listing botanical name, size grade, spacing centre-to-centre, and expected mature spread. This removes guesswork when crews arrive with dozens of similar-looking whips.
Spacing follows root competition rules rather than visual density alone. Trees underplanted with shade-tolerant ground cover receive wider circles than sun borders where annuals fill gaps temporarily.
Bloom & foliage calendars
We chart colour and texture month by month so clients understand quiet periods. Calendars distinguish foliage interest from flower peaks, highlighting weeks when grasses or bark become the primary show.
Calendars ship as layered PDF overlays you can toggle when presenting to household members. Updates after installation tweaks are included once within the first growing season.
Nursery coordination
Our schedules name preferred Styrian nurseries with indicative unit prices refreshed each February. If a cultivar is unavailable, we supply two substitutes ranked by habit similarity and pollinator value.
Bulk orders above €2,000 in plant material often qualify for nursery delivery discounts; we pass written quotes to you without markup so procurement stays transparent.
Soil preparation notes
Planting plans append soil amendment guidance per zone: sand content for heavy clay beds, compost depth for perennial borders, and mycorrhizal treatment for transplanted trees. These notes align with lab results when testing is performed.
Soil testing through our partner lab costs €95 per sample plus courier. Results integrate into plans within ten days, preventing generic advice that ignores pH or salinity.
Aftercare schedules
First-year watering tables specify frequency by month and weather triggers. Pruning windows for each woody species are listed to protect flowering wood and avoid sap bleed on maples.
Digital plan packages at €1,650 include printable field labels formatted for weatherproof tags, speeding installation audits when multiple trades work concurrently.
