Gardens as lived architecture
Swirlremeg treats outdoor space as an extension of the home, not a catalogue of plants dropped onto soil. Our stylists study how you move through a yard before selecting textures, heights, and seasonal shifts that feel inevitable rather than decorative.
From Schlossberg-facing terraces to courtyard plots in Lend, we balance native Styrian species with structured planting that reads clearly in winter and summer alike. Clients receive drawings, material schedules, and maintenance notes written in plain English.
What we style
Residential gardens begin at €2,400 for a concept layout covering up to 120 m², including two revision rounds and a planting list priced in local nurseries. Larger estates and sloped sites are quoted after a half-day survey at €180.
Commercial courtyards, hotel entrances, and office green buffers start from €4,800 for design documentation. We coordinate with local contractors but do not operate as a construction firm—we deliver the visual and botanical language your landscaper executes.
Our Graz perspective
Graz sits between continental heat and alpine coolness, which creates microclimates on every block. We map sun arcs, wind corridors, and drainage before specifying hornbeam screens, sedum roofs, or herb spirals that will thrive without constant intervention.
The studio maintains relationships with nurseries in Feldkirchen and Deutschlandsberg so specimen trees and perennial drifts arrive acclimated to regional soil. This network keeps lead times predictable and reduces transplant shock on delivery day.
Seasonal continuity
A styled garden should offer structure in January and abundance in July without looking like two different properties. We layer evergreen bones, late-winter bulbs, and autumn seed heads so the view from your kitchen window always rewards attention.
Annual refresh visits are available from €320 per session, typically scheduled in March and October. These sessions adjust mulch depth, divide overcrowded clumps, and update small annual accents where colour is desired.
